    I know it’s a very hard job to being a receptionist but I think your staff go above and beyond to help patients, I have done a couple of admin consults and have had a quick turnaround and staff have also been very helpful, thank you for all your help

    This practice is really bad at communication, they don't respond to emails and it's almost impossible to get through on the phone without a very inconvenient long wait, the doctors don't consult with patients, instead leaving it to unqualified receptionists to convey medical information that they don't understand or comprehend. There's no follow up, and generally there's a complete lack of patient care.
