After having a phone call appointment of not more than 30 seconds the GP didn’t let me speak and told me they were prescribing antibiotics. I wasn’t happy with this so called and asked if any doctor could take 2 minutes to have a look at me. I was told a time so was there 10 minutes before. 40 minutes after my appointment time I was called in, I sat down and the GP didn’t even look at me. Instead they took a phone call from another patient, I myself hearing every sensitive detail, including their name, their condition and what they were prescribed. After the phone call I verbally assaulted in the most unprofessional manner, I was made to feel stupid, uncomfortable and talked down to for daring to ask to be seen. The unprofessionalism continued with the GP looking at me, they sarcastically took one glance and backed up their diagnosis. I left swiftly and insulted, this GP and the practice should be looked into. The residents of Capel st Mary openly ask not to be seen by this GP as they are so openly insulting and bad.
