    unable to book an appointment as the receptionist doesn't care to answers the phone, when they do (normally after an hour of trying) answer the phone they just say all appointments are taken. This has been going on for years with this clinic. Ive even been at the clinic and watched them just ignore the phone till it rings off without batting an eyelid of concern. Get the reception some assistance to focus on the phones early in the morning and not leave them alone unmanaged.

    I am sorry you have had problems in obtaining an appointment today, we do have 2 receptionist on each morning in order to help with the demand of patient's trying to access the surgery. You can access the appointments with online access via the NHS App and also by accessing our website and sending in an online query if it is not urgent. If you wish to contact the Practice Manager we can discuss this further as we like to understand where our services are not going well.

    The main problem here is the reception team,whose self appointed purpose seems to be making it impossible to see the Dr.Having began calling at 08:00,my call was finally answered at 08:40,only to be told that no further appointments were available.This is what I've come to expect everytime I attempt to make an appointment,even there messages are rude,"your call won't be answered,Thiers no point hanging on!". The GP is fine,but I can't rate the reception team low enough.

    Dear Mr Evans I am sorry to hear of your problems in trying to obtain an appointment. We do have other ways in contacting the surgery and booking appointments. Please ask our receptionist regarding signing up for online appointment bookings. Kind regards Practice Manager
