    I have seen 5 different GPs and had numerous call backs most of which have been fine/excellent/professional. The automated call back system (when offered) works well. The (current) wait for blood tests seems too long. The facilities are fit for purpose (more chairs in some waiting areas are needed). The car park is a ‘lottery’ and needs urgent attention.

    Thank you for your feedback and your positive comments regarding the service you have received. We are looking at ways to reduce our waiting times for appointments, to deal with demands as quickly as we can. We will review the waiting area chairs, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand the carpark can be an issue, which is shared by all patients and service providers within the health centre, this has been raised with the building owner. Again, thank you for your feedback.

    On renewing a repeat prescription using the NHS app it was necessary to advise the surgery that following a recent hospital appointment the dosage had been reduced. As the appointment notes had not been received by the surgery or myself the authorising GP proactively contacted the consultant's secretary for confirmation of the new dosage and changed the prescription enabling swift pick up of the mediaction with the minimum of fuss. A great example of efficient process.
