Always very thorough. Easy to get help when you need it. Drs, nurses and reception staff all good. I moved to this surgery from another, larger practice in a different part of Chesterfield. The attention you receive here is far superior.

I was waiting on the results of some blood tests and to my surprise found they were reviewed by one of the Gp's at 7:51 on Bank Holiday Monday, in my view outstanding patient care .

All we get from this surgery is text messages saying how busy they are ,,,duh wake up we all are ! No point in ringing them ,,,no chance of an appointment or even a telephone call back from them ,,, a Home Visit lol more chance of walking on the Moon !

You're always able to get an appointment or speak to someone if you're very unwell. The GPs listen and are knowledgeable and are sympathetic to your situation. They are very thorough and all staff are friendly and welcoming.
