   All doctors work part time as a result there is no continuity of care. Doctors do not follow up even when they say they will call you. Unable to diagnose straightforward common health issues. Incorrect medication dosage supplied. Had to wait over 3 months to have an appointment with a specific doctor.

   I've not seen a doctor for quite a while and had been wary of contacting the surgery given all the press coverage about the general difficulties of seeing a doctor. It got a little urgent, however, and the team at Caldbeck Surgery were amazing. I managed to see a doctor that day - who was great. The doctor referred me to hospital and I received an appointment for the next day. So all was sorted within 24 hours of calling the surgery. What a fantastic team! Thank you.
