I visited Burscough family practice to have a minor surgical procedure done. (Mole removal) I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception, given the relevant forms to sign which explained the aftercare. My appointment was on time and the two lovely members of staff that did my procedure explained everything. It was done pain free and over before I knew it. I felt calm and relaxed in the treatment room. Thank you.

Excellent service provided,appointment came through in just on a week,arrived for appointment ,all over in 15 minutes,painless ,very reassuring and friendly staff,would have no hesitation recommending.

My appointment was on time ,Staff were friendly and courteous .Everything explained before my treatment I was given clear instructions regarding my aftercare .I would highly recommend this practice

Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. I then waited a short time before being called for my minor surgery appointment. The two nurses who did the procedure were lovely and made me feel very at ease. Cannot fault this surgery everything was excellent.

Attended for a minor surgery procedure at Bursclough family practice .. Nurses were so lovely very caring and friendly which made me feel at ease ..at the same time they were extremely professional .. Thankyou

They were very quick on reply to my concerns and as quick to solving them for me.would recommend all the staff in your family practice. So polite show a lot of concern to your personal needs and go out there way on making your visit their safe and relaxing environment to be in.Thankyou so much and all the best to you all in 2025.
