Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. The nurse made me feel relaxed before administrating my vaccination.

After 10 attempts to phone everyday, I gave up and had to go to 111 and visit a doctor is High Wycombe,

The nurse was extremely professional but given I was there for a procedure was also very efficient. She provided me with all the relevant information, how results will be communicated and then timelines.

Nurse was very engaging and made sure all the relevant tests were done for this annual review.Reception staff helpful and good natured. I had to go back a couple of times within the hour due to forgetting something and the staff made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Have rang morning afternoon been on line still can't get appointments... was told go on line for 1.30 still no appointments .... why is it so difficult to get appointments or to speak to a doctor face to face I need to speak to a doctor not the receptionist...about my personal problem.. is there anyone that can help me .j benham

Diabetes care top notch. Libre 2 system is first class and makes it easier for me to check my sugar levels

We recently moved to the area so we’re new to practice but was straightforward to register and very responsive practice. Booked for a smear test and all went very smooth. Very pleased so far

When you can get to see someone and I have to admit I have usually been able to then they treat you with care and compassion. I have no complaints.
