What an amazing practice with such wonderful caring staff who take the time to listen and discuss issues. Our family have been attending the practice for many years and we can't speak highly enough of the wonderful people there.

Me and my children are registered with Budbroke medical centre and I really do think they are fantastic! All of them, GPs, dispensary, reception and nurses all go above and beyond to help me and the children. They are massively supportive and very engaging. I feel so connected and rest assured I can contact Budbroke with any query. There’s a real community feel and so much support. I would highly recommend this practice. They put their patience’s first and they really do care. Thank you so much Budbroke for everything you’ve done for me and my family!

I have been registered with the Budbrooke Medical Centre for more than ten years and have always received excellent service from a great healthcare team. I have recently received excellent personalised care on numerous occasions from most of the team including doctors, nurses, the clinical pharmacists, pharmacy dispensing team, receptionists and a diligent secretarial team who have quickly actioned a referral and kept me informed. The digital E consult triage service, NHS app and appointment systems all work well and allows me choices when booking appointments, and submitting out of hours repeat prescriptions. Prescriptions are always turned around quickly and efficiently. The practice is efficiently run and they put the patient at they heart of everything they do. I think that it is great that it’s also involved in teaching and research.

We moved to Budbrooke medical centre 10 years ago and we can not fault the surgery in anyway. Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Appointments are readily available, phone is always answered quickly and politely.

Never had a bad experience. Whenever I have a problem with my children they are very quick to see them and help sort the matter.

I cannot recommend Budbrooke Surgery enough. Every time I have to make contact I am able to get an appointment and feel that each doctor listens and provides a treatment plan when needed. I have been a patient at another surgery and am so pleased I moved. Budbrooke has exceeded my expectations
