    twice I have phoned this surgery in 2 days, absolute ridiculous times to get through. needed my medication whilst abroad as the GP had not given me enough medication to last, could not get through, I was caller no. 1 for 1 hr & 15 mins, had to end call in the end as my phone bill was going to be so expensive. Tried again the next day and am still holding on now after 1 hr & 38 mins being no.1 in the queue for 1 hr 30 mins, had to put phone down in the end as I am in work, now without correct medication for a week as I cannot order on the NHS app Surgery seriously needs to sort this out

    Trying to get any admin from this surgery is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone, basically it doesn't really happen. Some of the GP's are ok when you eventually get to see them after a 3 week or more wait. This GP surgery already has too many patients yet they are taking on more, causing important appointments having to be pushed back.

    The receptionist working at this surgery. The one on shift 2nd of May 2023 at 16:30. Was rude and arrogant. She's opened private mail addressed to a doctor at this surgery. She then gave attitude on the phone. Unacceptable. I hope you take the necessary action.
