This is a very good surgery, they take patient care seriously. The doctors are really nice and compassionate. The reception staff are good too.

I’ve noticed although the surgery staff seems overworked, they still have always gone above and beyond for me. The doctors are very caring and the reception staff are so lovely.

Rejected my prescription requests on the app telling me to book a medication review, spent 1 hour 22 minutes on hold one day and couldn’t get through, sent another request which has been ignored. Spent another 35minutes on hold 4 days later and was ‘number 1’ in the queue the whole time and to leave it due to going out. Still waiting for my medication.

Doctor had no empathy, didn’t listen and spent the whole appointment reminding me that I ‘only have 10 minutes of NHS time’. Receptionists were coming in and out of the room during my appointment. Doctor sent me out of the room without any solution. I was made to feel like I was annoying the doctor just by being there. Awful experience.

Just called the practice (15/07 am). Asked for an urgent appointment and was told to call 111 - which I already did and in fact I was advised there to call the GP. When I told the receptionist this, the telephone line went like ‘scrambled’ and then dropped. How to get rid of a customer faking a line fault.

They forgot my prescription request. They forgot my appointments. They have a wrong record about my medication plan. Staff give me different information every time I called. Sometimes they give me wrong information. My treatment plan was delay. My physical and mental health was worsened because I had to wait for a very long time and it was very hard to make things happen.
