I contacted the surgery with regards to moles on my body that have changed colour & shape. 3 months passed & I had heard nothing - so I called back, I was hung up on & then told ‘someone will be in touch.. can’t say when but it’ll be soon’. Not an ounce of compassion in their bodies.

We have have 2 GPs on the team with advanced dermatology training who hold dedicated skin lesion review clinics, which sound like the appropriate way for us to support you.

I moved to this surgery after years of pain and intermediate severe pain. After a couple of conversations with the doctors at this surgery, I have the pain symptoms under control and I've been referred to the appropriate team at the hospital. It's a shame that I can't name the specific doctor, because he's honestly given me my life back. I feel like a new person and I'm forever grateful.
