The service provided to me was really good. My prior experience of the clinic few years ago was not nice. I am glad to see the improvement in the quality of service.

Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. Very pleasant and helpful doctor. I felt well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. Very helpful nice manner.

Guidance would be appreciated on how to register and access Accrux. To find the results of a test carried out in the third week of January as Systems on line is producing no response to messages sent.

Shocking administration, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with the first 2 calls being cut off for no good reason ! With my last call at 1:15 hours long with over 50 minutes being at position 1 still without an answer !!! they are so poorly organised they cannot answer a phone ? Not all of us can swap over to their "portal" system which is probably just as broken !!! And I was phoning because they believe my work address is my home address and therefore think I live in Northampton ! they have not asked me but have simply told me to get a new doctor !!! It's a disgraceful surgery made so much worse by the admin "staff" being incompetent !

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Appointments frequently cancelled. Repeat prescriptions often cancelled due to missing medical documents sent direct from the hospital. No reflection on drs I’m sure are overwhelmed but damaging to my health when I cannot get medication or an appointment even when referred from specialist. 1/10

I had a good diabetic nurse and she has a good understanding of what she is doing and all the doctors with the receptionist understands their jobs
