  1. Review titled Amazing service and care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have used my GP twice this week once as urgent on the day appointment and one a pre booked appointment. On both occasions I have been looked after seen and sorted with all follow up appointments needed booked and sorted with other relevant departments. Couldn’t thank them more for the care I have been given x

  2. Review titled Great Doctors

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I would just like to share my experience I had with one particular doctor recently. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough and calming in his approach to patient care. The Doctor suggested the use of a Clenil Modulite 100micrograms/dose inhaler to try to cure my long standing chest infection, which it did, and changed my life for the better during the winter months where I always normally have a lot of mucus on my chest. The Doctor also saw both of my two young daughters at the same time with a similar problem, and they were immediately put at ease when they were given a thorough check over. Keep up the good work!

  5. Review titled Fantastic practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Lindsay - Posted on 19 April 2023

I’d moved from one borough to Warrington over 12 months ago hence I changed Gp practices. I’ve been amazed by them. The doctors are extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and listen to my concerns and treat me accordingly. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Getting an appointment has not been an issue for me or my son. The service also offers a satellite surgery sometimes for on the day appointments if none available on site. I’ve never had a problem with prescriptions, as they are sent from the surgery to my chosen pharmacy electronically. Keep doing what you’re doing :) thank you

  6. Review titled Grest practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Clare - Posted on 10 January 2023

Professional, efficient and helpful. I have managed repeatedly to get through to switchboard without too much waiting, request either a phone or face to face visit if needed on the day. Staff have been helpful and efficient. The doctor has given me enough time to discuss my concerns and I feel fully listened to and checked over. I have been able to request times to fit around work too. Exceptional service, thank you

  7. Review titled Great Service!

Rated 4 stars out of 5

This morning I needed to contact the surgery for myself. The phone system wasn't working properly, though when I managed to speak to someone I was instantly sent a questionnaire. Once completed within half an hour an extremely helpful and experienced nurse contacted me, and meds were organised. An excellent service when the surgery was so busy and clearly experiencing technical problems, exacerbated by being just before Christmas. You can tell both the surgery, and all the staff are under extreme pressure with the volume of work. So from me a big thank you and well done!

  8. Review titled Rude receptionist

Rated 1 star out of 5

Receptionist very patronising . Speaks over you , no empathy what so ever . Considering a receptionist role is the face of the practice the first port of call they need to.maybe do a course on social.skills.

  9. Review titled difficult getting in touch with anyone

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 07 September 2022

I have waited all day for a call back that I should have received this morning and when I called the surgery this afternoon - it was closed for staff training. I am very frustrated and feel very let down by this tardy service. I visited the surgery just in case there was someone on duty, sure enough, it was dark.

  10. Review titled Poor service for elderly with Dementia

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 24 May 2022

My parents both have Dementia. NHS keep sending reminders asking them to book for the Spring booster. They do not use the web and they cannot understand the 119 telephony system. They do not drive and have cognitive disabilities. My father is had hard of hearing and has poor sight also. My mother has rung the practice for help and every time been advised that the surgery cannot help and do not administer vaccine’s.My fathers has managed to walk to the practice to ask for vaccine a few times and receptionist give the same verbiage/ script. I guess they won’t be getting a spring booster. Receptionists should be trained to understand and review details when someone comes in asking for help. This practice is not set up to care and help people with Dementia.

I am sorry your parents have had problems booking a covid vaccination. On discussing your review with the receptionist you were advised that we have a walk in clinic at Stockton Heath and appointments can be booked via 119. Unfortunately stock has been limited for the practice but availability has been available at our main covid site Stockton Heath Medical Centre. If you parents are housebound we will certainly arrange a home visit. Please contact the surgery to discuss further if you have any concerns regarding the care your parents are receiving.
