He promised a prescription and then it was not at the chemist! He informed me that he would call if there was a problem. How ever, no call and now I am awaiting a call from the emergency doctor. What a waste of my time

In my experience, I struggle to get repeat asthma inhaler prescriptions. I’ve filled in the online form several times and waited over a week and it isn’t signed off. Then you have to ring which takes over 10mins and you are fobbed off by the receptionist team. They don’t allow repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy so you have to go through this every month. Avoid
