I arrived some 30 minutes early for a simple pneumonia vaccination appointment. There were 3 other people in the waiting room when I arrived, they duly were called in and left. My appointment time came & went, several other people arrived after me, were called in and left. 30 mins after my appointment time I was alone in the waiting room, still not called. After another 10 mins, I complained to the receptionist. She offered to get someone to see me then but by that time I had had egough. Not Good Enough !!

We have been registered with Brockway since it opened & have always been more than satisfied with the service we’ve received. We both have regular check ups & blood tests, we haven’t had any problems booking or arranging. We have had face to face consultations & telephone consultations too, both equally as efficient, although we do prefer to see our GP where possible. All the staff we have seen & spoken to have been kind, caring & helpful over the years. Long May it continue, thank you all.
