    I would diffently not to use their services or of you are with them move to another GP. I called a GP to book an appointment after a home visit from an ambulance, spoke with the doctor and booked a next day blood test. I came the next day for the blood test, again explained to the doctor what happened. I asked I came here to for the blood test as I stated in the discharge paper from the ambulance services. The doctor had no answer and asked to call referring me to the midwife. I explained my self again she completely ignored my comments. Went home called to speak to someone, I spoke with a receptionist who was very rude and impolite she hanged up on me. I had to come to GP again to make an appointment, and complaint about the receptionist and the doctor. this is not the first time this happened to me , i fed up as I moving my self and family from this GP.

    Had no luck in getting my elderly mother in for a review and check up as she seemed more tierd than usual and her breathing had slightly changed. Called to make an appointment and was told to call back next day. So called back next day, was told to wait to be called back by someone to arrange an appointment. No one called back. So when I called an hour before the surgery closed, I was number 1 in the queue for 30 minutes. I then used my house phone to call whilst still on the line waiting with my mobile phone, and it said I was number 2 in the queue. I then gave up and put the phone down as I felt they were not going to answer. Every time I call, I'm told to wait to be called back. This pattern has happened several times throughout the week. It makes no sense. Still have not had an apppontment. I have never been treated this way before by the surgery, it seems that my elderly mother can only attend the surgery when they request her to and not when she or we feel that she needs a check up. Are we in the wrong?

    I have been registered with this practice since past few years and my overall experience is always positive. Thanks to all the staff members, I have been taken cared each time I contacted the practice. Well organized admin staff and efficient clinicians make this place an ideal surgery. I feel that me and my family are in safe hands.

    I recently visited my local GP surgery, and I must say that my overall experience was quite positive. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth and professionalism that put me at ease. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. Despite the clinic being busy, the wait time was surprisingly short, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, my recent experience with my GP surgery was positive and left me feeling confident in the care I received.

    My contact with the receptionist was truly exceptional as I was spoken to in a courteous manner and empathy of my medical condition which I appreciated.I was contact by the doctor as promised, and was booked in by the doctor to be seen on the day.

    I am currently receiving treatment for a bad back & tried to get seen back in November by a GP, I ended up in A&E for a diagnosis! Single phone calls made to me have frequently been missed due to poor hearing giving me 'non attendances', naturally an unwanted blemish on my record. This would seem especially harsh when I wasn't even expecting a call.

    We were not given a date for vaccination. We eventually went there and the receptionist confirmed a date. Today we were told that we still don't have the date to vaccinate the child and it will be done if they have a slot . This is absolutely pathetic
