On hospital discharge I was asked to have two stitch removed on Friday 19th April, unfortunately there was nobody available to do so, so booked for Monday 22nd. I was seen slightly early, the practice nurse was very efficient and I hardly felt a thing. The receptionist was also very helpful, advising me re: the next Covid booster vaccinations.

Called to make an appointment and was called back shortly that day. An appointment was then made that morning. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Rang about 0915 concerning a recurring problem and was told would be passed to the team. At 1520 received a 'phone call asking me to attend the surgery at 1610. Did not expect that rapidity - well done!

Very prompt appointment following an e mail to the practice. Very caring gp very thorough assessment of situation and appropriate treatment authorised immediately.

As above I was welcomed with a smile by lovely reception staff, waited brief moment and called in 2 c gp. Took time and was treated with respect and sensitivity. Thank you

The set up, triage team and use of resources, teamwork and time has been really strong and helpful to help me recover from mental illness and addiction issues now in remission in the last 16 months as a patient at Broadwater Medical Centre.

Saw a paramedic today and he was great. Very thorough examination and explanation. He talked me through treatment options even offering non medical treatments that may help. Couldn’t ask for more

What a surprise, walked in the consulting room with vertigo, ten minutes later left the practice vertigo free. The Epley Manoeuvre is a simple but effective process, so simply you can do it yourself. Practical demonstration can be found on UTube.

Although I didn't get the lady's name I spoke to a lovely Receptionist this morning. She was really helpful and made me feel listened to. A nice experience all round.

I phoned in the morning all staff were very kind and attentive and promised I would receive a telephone call to further assess my condition. I received a phone call 15 mins later inviting me to surgery I actually saw a doctor within an hour of my initial call. The Doctor was very kind and gave me lots of time. I felt I couldn't have received better care and I am so grateful to be under the care of this surgery.

Currently this is really hard with the demand far greater than the capacity and the negativity around access to GPs.
