My family have been patients at Broad Lane Surgery for 8 years. The care from the surgery has been excellent from all the members of staff I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice. Thank you!

I have always been able to get an appointment. Even if it requires redialling many times, that's not such a hardship considering the expertise and dedication you are then able then to access from the wonderful and extremely hardworking doctors, nurses and staff, who always are so approachable.

Appointments are impossible. Ring them, you are always on queue and put on 3rd spot and makes you wait for next 20-25 mins the least before some one picks up and says there is no appointments at all and cannot book you in for future dates. They seem to book only same day appointments that needs to be done by calling them at 8:30 am sharp. Online appointments are only telephone mode and has not able to book them , as it says there are no appointments via online.

I have been with this surgery for about 10 years. In that time I have been able to get an appointment when needed at least 95% of the time. All the staff go out if their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The service I receive is second to none. The doctors are approachable and thorough and always follow up. I cannot recommend this practice enough. If only all surgeries were as great as this, everyone would be very lucky. Thank you Broad lane Surgery
