I have been under this surgery for several years, it is reasonably easy to get an appointment and if I have to call them the phone is answered quickly. The nurses and always brilliant. The drs have always been very empathetic. I think it is really refreshing at when I have any abnormal test results I get a call direct from the GP rather than being told to make an apnt. I am always kept informed of actions taken or required regarding my healthcare via text messages which keeps me up to date with the plan. The reception staff are friendly and polite.

  2. Review titled Very, very poor care in the community

Rated 1 star out of 5

At phone 111 because I could not get an appointment after ringing 6 times, this to a follow up appointment. The first appointment was diagnosed incorrectly, as the 111 doctor confirmed. I am imuno comprise, so should be priority as the 111 doctor confirm again. I have never been treated so badly by a doctors surgery in my entire life, I am 67. This is about shingles a very painful thing, but the problem is that the receptionists dont understand basic clinical need or priority. I have now at to sit at home in a lot of pain as I was not willing to wait in AE for 5 five hours, at this stage the hole of the NHS as let me down, but this doctors as a very very poor community care.
