The doctor listened to my concerns, she explained the circumstances and issues around my concern. When providing medication gave clear information on what next.

I became ill while on holiday in this area and was referred here by 111. They were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long. The doctor was caring and thorough. Highly recommended.

Attended on a Saturday morning, was seen within 45 mins and thoroughly examined with a prescription written for me. Friendly staff and did not feel rushed.Highly recommended

It was my first time using the walk in centre. The speed at which I got seen was just 1/2 hour. Although my problem found not be remedied there and then, I got some great advice as for the direction to take next. The doctor and reception staff were so helpful and smiley! Can’t fault them. If only all docs were as easy to see and as cheery!

Seen in 2 hours which was better than A&E plus I didn’t want to waste their time. Doctor examined my injury fully, gave good advice and the reception staff were good too : )

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very attentive and caring. Got seen very quickly. Overall a great experience

Staff were helpful and friendly, as well as being very efficient. Doctor was able to put my mond at rest and provided good advice for me to follow up.

I cut my thumb and went to the drop in to get it checked out because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. The Nurse was really friendly and she cleaned the wound and used some glue to stick the cut together. Instantly it stopped bleeding and she then dressed it. The Nurse was very friendly and knew her stuff.
