I was contacted by the practice following up on a blood pressure test I had had at a local chemist. I was assured nothing to worry about. Having seen the doctor and checked and everything was ok. I was again contacted and advised that an ECG test for complete piece of mind would advised. I was able to book this using the new online system which after a few difficulties worked well. The nurse for the ECG was particularly help and professional

I seen the diabetes nurse on my visit to the surgery to have my B12 injection have to say she is tha best diabetes nurse I have seen in many a year making you feel relaxed and informing you of all the treatment she is giving you she truly is an asset to the practice

I was seen on time by a friendly, polite and professional nurse who did my blood test in a matter of minutes while giving me some really good advice and step by step reassurance.

Saw a new diabetic nurse for the first time yesterday. Very friendly and yet proffesional. Gave me more information & help than I've had in the last few years. Let's hope she stays and continues with the good work.

I found this GP practice very prompt and friendly. The receptionists and nurses were found to be very soft spoken and caring - the way they guide on the next steps. Thank you for everything.

The nurse who undertook the tests was friendly, professional and put me at ease. I am not great with such tests their reassuring manner made the whole experience palatable.

Had a problem today with my chemist saying that they had tried to deliver my medication on Friday and Monday but I wasn't in I can't go out on my own I was out with my partner as she can't go out on her own either. But they said I had to go and pick it up myself I was dreeding the thought of it. So I rang the surgery and spoke to a receptionist who was very caring understanding and rang chemist for me then rang me back and said they will deliver my medication on Friday. It really meant alot to me and took alot off of me knowing I didn't have to go out on my own.
