I telephoned Brewood Surgery earlier this month to request a prescription that was not yet on my repeats. I needed a review before this could happen and the first review appointment is 4 weeks away. However, the lovely chap on reception arranged for a further month of my meds to keep me going, booked the review and the tablets were at the chemist the same day. Not only that, he was friendly and helpful so thank you to him and all involved!

We are delighted that you are pleased with the service you received at the surgery. It is a very busy surgery but the team always try its hardest to find the best solution to any issues that face our patients. Having recently had two small grandsons extremely poorly with acute gastroenteritis I can only say how impressed I was with Brewood practice. Both boys had to be seen at Stoke A & E twice, each time referred by a GP/nurse at Brewood. From the receptionists right through to Senior practice nurse and the GP the service was fantastic. They took our concerns seriously, were sensitive with the boys and absolutely thorough in treating them. So a very big Thank You from relieved grandparents

Service is generally good but they must be understaffed at reception, as can rarely get through on the phone and end up having to visit the surgery.

Good Morning and thank you for your comment. We do have intermittently high volume of calls during the working week and try to make sure staff are in place at peak times to alleviate the waiting times. The Practice is also looking at other ways to help reduce telephone queue times. Your review is very much appreciated and all comments taken on board.

Great service used the klinik link and the link for photos this was very easy to use I couldn’t attend the surgery and it helped the dr & receptionist. It helped me as I was dealt with promptly appropriately and the quality of the service was the best wouldn’t of got better care privately.

Thank you! Your comment is very much appreciated. Klinik is the most up to date method of triaging patients with acute issues. It doesn't replace other methods of contacting the surgery and its team but is intended to work alongside existing methods.
