. The senior GP in particular and other health care professionals treat with dignity, courtesy and patient centered approach. I booked a telephone call on 17 March 2025 and sadly missed when the GP called. I then contacted reception requesting a call back. The GP instantly called again within five minutes and provided advice to my full satisfaction. I will strongly recommend this practice.

Each time I have needed an appointment the doctor has been thorough and proactive referring on when appropriate, On this occasion I was given an in person appointment on the day of calling and referred on. I highly recommend.

I feel so fortunate to be with such a great practice - they are very responsive, professional and thorough - also very friendly I recently needed tests at a very busy time of year and the doctor was so helpful and swift in getting them arranged which was very much appreciated - I have recommended friends to register with the practice and am grateful for their help and efficiency.

I take great pleasure in writing this review about my lead GP and her colleagues and practice in general. My doctor is professional, skilful, kind, empathetic and a great listener. Her manner and approach is unique and nothing short of stellar. I always feel at ease speaking to her and never feel rushed or as if my questions/concerns are not heard. My doctor goes above and beyond to connect the dots and help alleviate my concerns. I trust her expertise. Ultimately, I feel that my health is treated with genuine consideration, respect and diligence. I could not be happier in her care. The reception staff are also a credit to this practice. They are polite, organised and calm. It makes for a comfortable and easy patient experience. Altogether, it is a pleasant experience from booking an appointment to seeing my GP. Thank you so much.

I feel like I've hit the jackpot with this practice. They were recommended to us when we moved to Brentford by a local pharmacy. - appointments always available if urgent - very quick prescription turnaround if issued online. Bonus is Brent Pharmacy (Brentford High Street) will text you to say when prescription is ready, usually next day - response on Patch's system is within hours - friendly and efficient reception staff - the GP I have been seeing is clear, thorough, listens carefully and is very reassuring, offering explanations of how/why we are following certain courses of action and giving time frames and explanations of how the system works. Honestly they are just brilliant, I feel so lucky. Thanks to everyone at the practice!
