    The nurse at the surgery gave my young son and I, injections for travel advice and she always goes above and beyond for us. She is an amazing nurse and treats us like family. thank you so much nurse!

    Awful practice do not waste your time. You are given no time slot for when the doctor will call you for your appointment. If you miss this 1 phone call you then have to phone back the next day for another appointment. You are given no estimated time slot, not even if it will be morning or evening. This means you need to be available from 08:30am until 21:00. Atrocious service. You are unable to get a face2face appointment until you have gone through this pointless phone call process. Clearly done to avoid having to actually speak with patients.

    We are sorry you feel that way. You called the surgery this morning and requested an appointment. You were booked in for an appointment for today ie the same morning. The GP called you approximately 30 minutes after you booked the appointment. Your phone rang several times before going to voicemail, and you were left a message by the GP to say he had called. Reception staff have subsequently advised you that the GP will call you back again at some point today when he has completed his other appointments. We feel this is a very competent service. Further, Face to face appointments are available. In addition to those face to face appointments, the GPs call the patients in on the same day if they feel a patient needs to be seen face to face once they have had the telephone consultation. We take the care of our patients very seriously and do all that we can to try and assist them
