I started at Brampton Health Centre in the 90’s with a great original team and an exceptional GP. I’m still here and In the past few months there has been a major improvement in the quality of service, from the front desk to the Doctor’s themselves reminding me of why I chose this practice in the first place. I’ve received excellent service from the reception staff. Doctor’s recently have been so helpful and attentive, attempting to drill down into the root causes of issues. In short, they have been brilliant! I know there are a lot of strains on the healthcare system currently so I know we just have to give them a chance. I would definitely recommend this practice now. Thank you guys for being there for people when they are not feeling well!

The fact that there are extensive professionals to cover many medical needs is a big plus. Also, the reception staff are very friendly, patient and helpful, as are the office staff upstairs.

The team in the reception, nurses & pharmacists is extremely professional, helpful and courteous. They all make you feel comfortable and listened to, and they provide very useful and relevant information and advice

Today went to the surgery for my vaccinations, the nurse was very thorough in explaining what was required. Overall very good experience. .

I visited the surgery on 11 May to have my holiday vaccinations. The service provided by the surgery was excellent. The nurse explained thoroughly what was needed for my travel. Overall I find everyone at the surgery are very helpful and I am able to get appointments fairly quickly.

I have recently joined this surgery and happy to have done this. Received attention from the clinical staff and they have listened to my medical issues and taken the necessary steps about this. All the members of the reception staffs are also friendly and have welcoming attitudes. I have read some negative comments, but like to mention that to receive respect and attention is not one-sided but must be reciprocal. As a patient we should show due respect to everyone and should remember that all the members of the reception staff works under pressure and we can't demand various services instantly

This doctors is fabulous. The staff and doctors and nurses have so much care and attention and so so helpful. The receptionist today had such a horrible call. They do not deserve that treatment. They are excellent at their job and deserve respect.
