I was invited by a phone text to have the annual influenza injection. My appointment was for yesterday afternoon (11.10 .2023). I had just sat down when I was called in for the injection. The injection was given at once and I left the surgery. The whole visit was less than five minutes, very efficient. i .

After being invited by text to have the influenza injection I made an appointment by telephone. Yesterday I went to the surgery for the injection. I was in and out in under five minutes without having any feelings of being rushed, A very positive exoerience.

In the last few years I have seen the Doctor, Senior Practitioner Nurse and Nurses regarding varicose veins and other issues as they crop up. I have been a patient of the practice for well over a decade, during which time I have always had positive experiences, starting with the excellent and responsive receptionists , who answer the phone quickly when I call to arrange an appointment. The Doctor is a friendly man, who listens well, without impatience. I have always been very happy with his decisions, whether meds or referral to specialists. Likewise my contacts with the Nurse and Senior Practitioner Nurse have all been very good, very helpful. The waiting time For appointments has given me no cause for anxiety or frustration. They deal with urgent requests and less urgent but still important ones with appropriate and prompt action. All in all, as a 69 year old male who has been under the care of this Doctor for well over a decade, I am very pleased that this practice is my GP.
