I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at this practice, the care my mum received in the last months of her life was outstanding especially from the GP linked to her care home. The online communication system works really well and all my queries were responded to promptly both by reception staff and GPs. I also received a follow up call from my mums GP after she passed away at home to offer condolences which I was very touched by especially as this is not my GP practice. The GPs do go above and beyond, I would definitely recommend this practice

Sent an e consult at 7am and had a telephone consultation with the Advanced nurse practioner at 11am same day. That is fantastic attention when you hear all negative comments from the media about surgeries. Thank you all

My Dr responded to my serious symptoms by diligently testing for all the usual suspects. Several visits for procedures at Stepping Hill cleared me of the most scary. The Dr assigned further investigations and found that I have a blood condition necessitating lifelong treatment. I can now act on this and feel really positive that I may be able to go back to work in the near future. The nurses at this surgery are very pleasant. The office staff are very helpful.

I visited the practice for an abdominal aortic aneurysm screening on Monday 27th June 2022. The Receptionists were polite & I saw the doctors on time for my screening. It took approximately 20 minutes for the screening and they gave me the result verbal on site & advised they will now formally advise my doctor by letter. I thought I would post this comment as I had read an few reviews which were not favourable. So to be fair I thought I would detail my experience. I hope this assists. There appears to be a public car Park at the premises for approximately 10 cars
