    I needed an appointment so I rang the surgery. From being no 6 in the queue, It took 30 minutes to get through. They could not offer an appointment. I tried booking on line. At 10:30, when slots are released, there were 5 (!) available. All for the same day in 2 weeks time. So I picked one, and filled in my details. Pressed “book”, and reply was “sorry this has already been taken. Great, how the heck can that happen, do you let 2 people try the vacancy and quickest typing wins? Next day, 10:30, only 5 bookings available at each practice, again for two weeks time. I did manage to book one of them. My simple maths suggests the surgery budgets for 5 appointments a day. What am I missing? 111 and A&E would probably be interested too

    Want to say huge thanks to everyone working at the surgery. They as all NHS services are under extreme pressure and this surgery works tirelessly to give 100% care to all patients. I was in surgery and you can see the pressure the receptionists are under, they can only offer what is available and I witnessed the rudeness of some patients. Nobody deserves that for doing their job. I would like to pass on my thanks to all members of staff for doing a great job in tough times. GP surgeries dont deserve the bad press they get.

    Spent 20 minutes waiting to speak to receptionist only to be told that there are no appointments for December. This is due to a stomach bug, and holidays. Since when did stomach bugs last a whole month and surely there should be a rota for Dr's holidays so that they are not all off at same time.

    Although the surgery are struggling under extreme pressure like everywhere these days they are always helpful and will offer many solutions to my problems. They do not deserve the bad press or abuse they get from patients and in the media. I would like to thank all staff - receptionists, admin, nurses and GP's for their help and support

    Covid passed, everyone should be working on-site, but this GP is still in Covid mode! I can't book an appointment to see doctors even for 20 days ahead. Cos they say the system doesn't allow booking for 20 days ahead! Asked me to call back after 8 am next day...Been like this for a long time and not happy. Hence, most GPs are having similar problems! I don't know what the real issue is...

    I have visited to day , I like the service , Since I am NHS staff I pass on my view to prioritise ,Since the place I am working needs me very seriously bcz of so many reasons , The staff replied me saying they treat equally even from Queen to ordinary person equally . I am worried Isit acceptable to bring honourable personalties to be given reference . Pls advise reception staff to restrict these behaviour in future .

    My face to face appointment have been cancelled suddenly which I have been waiting for 1 month. I received a text message saying I will be offered alternative appointment but did not hear from them. So I phoned surgery and the reception staff were very rude and asked me to fill another e consult which is not available until August 2022. It is unacceptable and I asked why I have not been offered another appointment and the staff replied rudely "This is how the surgery works" very frustating

    I called about a very severe headache, they offered an appointment after two weeks. On asking if they can suggest an earlier appointment, the receptionist said that’s what I can do, if you are not happy with it, try filling the online form again tomorrow and she hung up. Awesome healthcare.

    Dear Team at Bramblys Grange, I would like to express my gratitude to your excellent service. First of all the receptionist team are always friends, helpful and quick to respond. The doctors are very quick in contacting me over the phone and addressing my problem as well as asking for additional investigations when indicated. They are very professional and caring. I have used this practice for 15 years and I have always had a fantastic service. Thank you very much. I feel very fortunate to be under your care. With best wishes.
