    All staff and Drs are very pleasant. I use econsult and it's fabulous, you really do get a call from either a receptionist to arrange an appointment or you speak to a Dr on the phone. I can't fault this practice, for me and my husband they are always very helpful.

    Submitted a form requesting an appointment for my 3 year old son who had a severe ear pain and still don’t have a reply (5 days later). The phone system is so bad that I don’t ever get to talk to the receptionist. I have not received an appointment for myself twice before this after the form system was introduced.

    In 3 months they failed to diagnose my rheumatoid arthritis, probably because they never examined my hands. Instead they sent me for wasteful and time consuming cancer investigations. I was forced to see a consultant privately to get a diagnosis and treatment. The practice refuse to give me medication claiming they have not heard from my consultant despite the fact that he has emailed twice and attempted to contact the GP by phone. I have suffered for 3 months with this painful and debilitating condition with no treatment from this practice
