Having been with this practice since I was a baby, I felt a huge sense of loyalty to stick with them but I’ve had enough and have now moved doctors. Hands down the last few times have been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Ranging from having to wait over 3 weeks for test results, asking 4 times to speak to the manager and zero contact back from her, losing paperwork, missing off blood tests I needed. The list goes on, not to mention the unprofessional rude staff, including one ‘healthcare worker’ who spoke about me in a rude aggressive manner with her door wide open not knowing I was stood there. I’ve overheard the manager slagging off members of her staff infront of patients, talking about patients and their personal information.. it’s honestly so surprising how they appear to still be running as a practice. I have also submitted a complaint to NHS England and I would urge anyone reading this to think again about trusting these people with your health, they are awful

The main doctor of the gp is very rude and does not take any symptom seriously or want to give any medication and when asking for advice told to google it instead, this is very unprofessional and no care for my childrens wellfare
