   I called 111 after my 2 year old had an urine infection. They picked up within 5 minutes, on call Dr called within the hour, my daughter was seen that morning at bracknell healthspace, the lovely security guard helped me carry my double pram up the stairs and the Dr saw me on time and was friendly. The receptionist was friendly and showed me the way out using another lift. I feel lucky we have a local health centre. Although it was not busy and may not be a smooth service for wveryone,i feel lucky to have a local health centre and nhs.
