    Had my covid booster today. Very efficient, no wait. Very well organised. Was back out in no time. Would recommend.

    It has been virtually impossible to get an appointment with a GP, get an online appointment or be on hold for less than 30 minutes (today being a case in point where I have been on hold for 23 minutes now, trying to get through for an appointment. Some of us are in jobs where you are not allowed to have a phone out during working hours, so it has been extremely difficult. I have not seen a GP in person for almost a year now. I know we have had the pandemic and things have been challenging for everyone, however I do not hear other friends and family having the same level of difficulty trying to get through to their surgeries for a simple appointment. It's beyond disappointing and I wonder if someone were in a very serious condition and alone, what they would happen. It's beyond shoddy.

    I am fortunate to have been registered with this practice for several years and every time I have seen a doctor the consultation has been detailed and effective. I can almost always get an appointment the same morning I contact the surgery. I am immensely grateful to the doctors, nurses and reception staff for their care and support.

    I had a couple of problems I needed to discuss but from the start the doctor advised it was a 15 minute time slot. We discussed one matter and I was briefly examined. But when I asked about the second I was told there was not time to discuss it by then. The doctor seemed very reluctant to help me further and did not seem to want to offer further advice. I was told to make another appointment and finally, 'I have someone waiting to see me.' There was no one waiting outside on the landing when I left. I have been kept waiting up to 45 minutes and even an hour and never seem to see any doctors on time. The result is I am left in discomfort and am not sure I have the ailment I think it may be. The remedies I have tried are not working. I came to you for medical help and your staff seem more concerned about time slots. The previous doctor kept checking their watch too. Is it true that Bounds Green Group Practice now only see patients for 15 minutes and no longer? I am unable to keep taking time off work, and have been left undiagnosed with something which is causing me discomfort and is not getting better, and is possibly a little worse.

    Dear Patient I am sorry you feel you were not given enough time for your ailment. The duration of most GP appointments is either 10 minutes or 15 minutes, however should you need more time then this can be discussed and arranged. Kindly contact the assistant manager, Sam Khan, she will be able to help you in resolving this issue. Thank you

    Worst service I have ever received. Rang at 8am on the dot, after being on hold for 15 mins was told to there were no appointments and to ring back at 12pm. Rang at 12pm on the dot, on hold for an hour, and cut off after no one answered when I was finally at the front of the call queue. Rang again and was on hold for a further 25 minutes, then when someone answered I was laughed at as they told me I was "a bit late" to be ringing considering I'd been told to call at 12... Terrible place and can understand why so many are seeking services elsewhere in this area.
