Once again upon visiting my GP service today - after only asking this morning to get an appointment I was then seen in the afternoon of the same day, I'm not surprised by this as my family & I have always had a great and very caring service from this practice throughout our 35-plus years of being registered with the Bottisham surgery. We would thoroughly recommend it to anybody who wants a first-class and caring GP service

Dispensary enquiry phoned after 12 noon as we are instructed to 5 times the last time let it ring for 8 minutes nobody answered so phoned general enquiries 3 times the last time for 5 minutes no answer have been registered 37 years at this surgery always spoke highly of it but not anymore a complete shambles of incompetence from top to bottom the place needs a clear out of doctors and admin staff now!!

Face to face appointment. Appointment was 15 minutes late. Doctor attentive, listened to my concerns and arranged changes to my medication and additional blood tests. A new appointment also arranged to review tests and progress in 4 weeks.

really happy with this practice … We visited recently with my toddler, who has been sick and as he cannot tell me what is wrong, i rather checked him properly… and i was again positively surprised about the practice and how everyone is nice

The receptionist who took my call was pleasant and helpful and I was given a face to face appt. for that day. My GP listened to my concerns, addressed them and fully explained further action. He was reassuring and I didn't feel rushed. I felt confident that I was being well looked after. It is an excellent practice.

Was told to call pharmacy which I did to then be told as a reoccurring problem child needs to be seen by the gp. Information needs to correct when being given out

The doctor we saw immediately put us at ease with regards to the issue in hand. A plan of action was put into place straight away to alleviate the issue in the future.

My family and I have nothing but positive experiences of Bottisham Medical Practice. Just recently, I was incredibly impressed by the lovely tone of voice and caring response given to each new caller by the receptionist. I was advised ahead of time that my appointment was running very late, giving me the option to attend later, so I wouldn't have to wait so long at the surgery. When I got into my appointment, the doctor immediately apologised for my wait. Although she looked tired and had probably not stopped for the previous 4-5 hrs, she listened carefully to me and didn't rush me. I took a slip to make a compliment but hadn't had time to fill it out. Please accept this message as a compliment for the fantastic job you are all doing. As a fellow member of NHS staff, I know your efforts will often go unrecognised but many of us do see you. Thank you.

Visited surgery 0830, got an appointment at 0910. Couldn’t have been easier. The receptionist was calm and lovely as usual. The appointment was on time and I left having been dealt with in a professional and courteous manner This, in my experience is the normal way of things at bottisham surgery Thankyou so much for what you all do for me and the wider community
