    1. Your reception staff are not medically trained. They should not triage patients whereby they then decide whether they should see a nurse practitioner or gp, neither should they be asking what the medical concerns are - medical data is sensitive data. 2. All other primary healthcare services are face to face - so why are your clinics not open face to face as they were prior to covid - this is causing extenuating pressure on 111, the Urgent Care clinic and accident and emergency 3. Results - positive test result and yet no gp phoned me since January - tried to raise complaint and instead a missed call from gp 4. Just poor service in general based on points 1 -3 It is about time gps actual do a full day's work and a full week's work rather than part time which is having a negative effect on patients

    Since North Street practice became Boroughbury Medical Centre it has gone downhill substantially. You can't get an appointment in less than two weeks, System Online is useless and the practice works on the premise if you are not contacted, any tests are positive. I've been with this practice since I was born, I am now 62. I have had to have two appointments with the GP Hub and the last occasion the doctor stated I needed to have a review of my medication. One week later, no contact from the surgery! Not a surprise, Craig Street you need to do better

    Despite the winter pressures currently, I submitted my problem and received a timely and efficient consultation from an attentive and helpful doctor. Could not fault this service, Iam very thankful as I rarely need medical help but they were there for me when I needed them.

    I contact this practice regularly on behalf of my very elderly mother who has dementia and is cared for at home. Whenever I contact the surgery about visits or medication, etc I have always found them helpful and they do visit when necessary. They do a great job under much pressure. The only negative is that with speaking or seeing a different Doctor on most occasions none are particularly familiar with my mother's current health situation - but this is also what happens in most large practices. Thank you to all the staff.
