    I had some treatment on my knees due to arthritis and the Dr who i seen was fantastic explaining the procedure and what to expect in the coming days/ weeks etc since my appointment and precdure i now have no pain at all so hopefully this will last for a few months at least. Thank you

    Call up a billion times to have nobody answer the phone Call up to make a doctors appointment Nobody answers Call up 100 times no answer Call keeps saying ended or busy What’s the point in having a reception to take calls if they’re not willing to do so

    This surgeries reception manager has been extremely unhelpful and showed an extreme lack of empathy or professionalism when dealing with my 76 year old lovely Uncle who had been recently diagnosed with cancer . Making every request so difficult for him to access the support he needed to proceed in having a second opinion at a cancer hospital! The trainee GP was helpful but unable to sufficiently proceed with his request for an appointment to see a cancer consultant. This situation should never happen to any patient… what happened to GP surgeries helping their patients to receive the best possible care???

    Lovely caring trainee GP. Longterm problem, still waiting hospital review 6 months on(not GP fault) however poor Solution to my pain and plan to follow up when it took 84 attempts to get through due to restrictive appointment system for non urgent but long term issues

    impossible to get a GP appointment. I ring every morning at 8am, after 60 attempts I get through to your reception and get told the same thing. All appointments are taken and to repeat the process the following day. I have type 2 diabetes and cardiomyopathy and I get dizzy spells on a daily basis and your reception tells me to go to the walk in centre or hospital if I think its an emergency. I don't know if its an emergency, I need a doctor to see me to tell me if its an emergency. The walk in centre is a 5 hour wait so I'm not sure what the point of having a doctor is if I can't see one. I tried to go private but as I have pre existing conditions I have been declined and therefor I am reliant on your services but I feel I am being blocked by incompetent reception staff that will not speak to each patient on its merits but instead tell all patients the same scripted message. Please pass my frustration to the senior members of staff if that is even possible.
