I called the surgery to book an appointment for my son as he has difficulty talking to people on the phone when she asked me my son's age and I told her she burst out laughing thought he was very funny I asked her what was so funny I was so upset I had to drive to the surgery and have it out with her I'm worried about making future appointments for my son in case the same thing happens again it's not funny when people can't make appointments on the phone as they have a phobia about making calls I was disgusted and that was a manager Calls herself a professional

From reception, administration, nursing and GP's the level of Person Centred care is outstanding. Makes a real difference when dealing with Chronic illness, children with various needs and ongoing treatments. The staff all seem to listen and genuinely are interested in you. So thankful for this wonderful team of professionals. Throughout the pandemic they gave great guidance and continued with giving great care.
