  1. Review titled Very bad time service

If you are lucky are you going to see the doctor in one week. Usually it takes 2 weeks. I have an toe inflammation and I can't arrange a antibiotic prescription. I am chasing them for 3 days. In 3 day my inflammation expanded and I still reach the doctor to prescribe an antibiotic. Miserable service. Lived in Italy and Romania. Never saw something like this .

  2. Review titled Leaves a lot to be desired

My husband who is mostly in bed has been having problems with bed sores I asked for stronger pain relief took 2days to get a call from chemist at the health centre she told me after 2 days of trying to get a call it was to be passed to a doctor which was not dealt with appropriately after 2days we are still waiting for stronger painkillers also the mattress is totally ineffective but it is down to nurses who are not treating this as urgent it is very heartbreaking for my husband and myself to watch him in pain no one should be suffering pain but we have felt very angry that this is what is happening

  3. Review titled Repeat prescriptions

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have recently been informed by receptionist that repeat prescriptions take 7 days to clear. I can’t understand when I ask for more tabs, with 5 days supply left, I am refused. Recently it has taken 5 working days to find out my prescribed tabs were going to be authorised but this meant I had no tabs left . Do I have to order 7 days or 2 days in advance before my tabs run out? Totally confused will look at another wing of the health centre as the Blue wing is at odds with their own administration. They badly need help.

  4. Review titled Bad organisation at reception blue wing

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Been patient since i was 18 now 62 iv never in all that time seen things so bad .being given wrong advice by reception staff or not acting on requests .most of the gps are fine my problem lies with staff at blue wing reception clydebank health care centre.are they being trained not to help people at all or is it ignore dont help certain age groups or certain people im starting to realise this now and thats dangerous practice.if patients have concernes worries due to lack of help from this practice then the staff must take responsibility and stop hiding behind doors and screens as the public will demand change

  5. Review titled AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Rated 1 star out of 5

After having registered online as a new patient, I tried to speak with the receptionist to find out more about completing my registration. Spent 30 mins on the phone waiting to speak with someone the first time around - the receptionist picked up the phone and hung up. I called back again (waited around 45 mins this time) and they did the same thing! I'm glad I found this out at this point and will make sure I'll register elsewhere.
