   Very disappointed in which the way the practice handled the clerical obligation they had regarding the death of my father. In a difficult time for myself and my Mom, we did not need the added pressure of having to chase a simple task, which was needed to be performed by the practice in order for us to resister his passing.

   I have been with Bloxwich Medical Practice for a number of years and always find them helpful, amicable and efficient.
