    Called today for an appointment, was told I can have an appointment somewhere else in three days or go to walk in centre, when I politely tried to question, the phone was put down on me. Unbelievably rude! Hope this call has been recorded so the management can hear how rude their reception is!

    Having registered here 18 months ago the service has been appalling. You are unable to get an appointment with a doctor, unless you are a certain demographic that they prefer to deal with. The nurses, when you can get an appointment, look at the computer when talking to you and do not engage with you at all. Worse service I have had from a GP in over 40 years

    Trued to make an appointment,receptionist said I was not an emergency.trued for 2days to get an appointment.on the 3rd day I collapsed at home,a friend found me on the floor and called a ambulance,I spent 4 days in hospital, very poorly,Iam still not feeling very well have been back to the doctors,I went in for an appointment,and someone had just cancelled so the doctor saw me,he gave me some more antibiotics, wich have not worked,so I have been trying to get back to see the doctor,with no joy,the next available appointment is middle of April,what do I do???
