    After being in a queue for 32 minutes, after receiving text to make an a face to face appt. Was told phone or call in at 8am tomorrow. What a joke. I filled in an e consult form yesterday, a waste of time. We are asked to show respect, how about showing us some....

    Staff very friendly, and the GP's seem excellent if you can get to see them. Frequently find it difficult to get an appointment either in advanced or on the day. End up having to set aside an hour after they open to keep ringing in the hope you get though before the very limited number of appointments run out, and if not try again the next day while what was a small problem continues to get worse.

    Shocked that there is no telephone queue system when you call for appointments. You have to call at 8:00 and then hear an engaged tone for around an hour until you eventually get through if you're lucky. Feels like I've gone back in time compared to my previous surgery.

    Dear patient Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have had difficulty reaching our Blisworth Surgery. We are aware that our current telephone system is outdated and we are currently looking at new systems with additional features such as queue management, ring back facility etc. I hope you will see improvements later this year.     The doctor was friendly, welcoming, informative and put me fully at ease. He explained the procedure at every point and included me be asking my response. His tone, vocabulary and general manner were spot on.
