The surgery was quick to answer my call and provided a simple overview on how to book an online appointment. I was sent an SMS and a call back within an hour of the request from the DR - really great turnaround and level of service.

I always called the practice and book appointment over the phone. I contacted the gp practice over the phone as usual, followed up the instructions and waited on the line to be told you have to book online, to go to their webiste. Not sure why there is still the option to book over the phone if you can apparently only do it online. Receptionist was rude, not listening and was not answering my simple question on why they give the option to book over the phone once you contact them if apparently is no longer possible. I had to go to the hospital instead as their website and "new" process is difficult to use.

The two receptionist are very helpful and attentive. My Dr and physio were attentive and ready to go the extra mile to ensure that all my medical needs were met.

New online triage system is not clear and obvious on how to book a triage appointment. This, I assume, will be a very frequently required feature and should be at the front and top of the website for the patient to easily find. I myself have tried to navigate the website for an hour and just found I ended up going around in circles. Not really reassuring for somebody who may be in a fog of poor health simply looking to report and seek treatment for an illness. Many thanks for reading.

Excellent care from my GP and the receptionist staff during my last visit to the surgery due to the difficulties I am having with my mental health. I felt listened to and cared by each member of staff I dealt with. I also called the surgery today for a contraception appointment and was given great advice and help in ensuring I got to the right department. All staff at the surgery are very professional, compassionate, and helpful.
