Reception is always helpful and efficient. The Doctors are very nice. Usually able to get an appointment within a week or so. Fast response to online queries. Thank you for looking after us.

I find it unbelievable how this practice can say they are taking new patients (online) when it is impossible for people who work to get an appointment. I rang this morning at 9am first chance i could with being at work and was told 2 weeks to see a doctor sure ill be fine by then

I had my Flu and Covid Jabs moved to 12.50 pm on this day However I had to sit and wait as other patients were allowed straight in with later appointments when I complained no abuse or bad language I was told I would be seen next and basically to sit down and shut up I got in at, 1.30pm they admitted to another staff member they had made an error but never explained to me the error or offered an apology, the new Reception staff barely look up from their computers to acknowledge when a patient is waiting to be seen. All we went is to be treated with Dignity and like human beings without this dismissive attitude, in fairness the guilty staff are fairly new and while very efficient with their I.t skills their Customer Service and people skills are woeful at best
