    This practice cant even adhere to standard procedure, so i cant access my medical records. I've been waiting nearly three months for my records to be sent to the psce The practice is being mismanaged, as the operation of the surgery is their responsibility, cant adhere to standard NHS procedure. Things always go downhill when the management is bad

    I've had what i believe to be Gastroenitirus for the last two weeks Called for appointment everyday in the allocated times and yet to have gotten through. Its not a good surgery if people cant even get through to the reception in the calling times.
