As a relatively new patient I am impressed how all the staff that I have encountered have time for people. Not just myself but others that I have observed. Thank you.

Because I had found lumps under arm it was a quick appointment following day to have them checked. Gave me peace of mind.

The receptionist who dealt with me was polite. Even though I was early for my appointment I was seen early. I didn’t feel rushed by the Doctor and felt I was being listened too

I received a txt notifying me my ultra scan results were in and was given appointment by telephone for 3 weeks later. I have since had this call. What i cant understand is how it took 3 weeks to be advised that i need hospital referral. Surely thats 3 weeks wasted and a call to tell me this could have and should have been much sooner. In my opinion this could have even been done by a phone call from admin advising me that the GP is referring me to a consultant therefore saving the GP's time.

I would have preferred a face to face with the doctor as i am a fairly new patient and the last interaction with the surgery was as a result of an A and E hospital visit. So far I have only had telephone consults on three occasions.

Had to wait quite a while, but agent was polite and efficient when seen. Unable to book a future GP appointment, was asked to ring on Friday at 12 to see if any are available.

Telephone Consultation on urgent basis arranged with practise nurse. On explaining problem and mobility issue, Urgent Examination arranged at Surgery giving an appointment in more than adequate time, and giving full consideration to being late. Swiftly examined ankle and prescribed Strong antibiotics on a paper prescription which could be dispensed from the adjacent pharmacy. Also recommended hydo cortisone ointment for reducing inflamation. Finally today received doctor's telephone appointment for seventh day of treatment. Follow up of discharge from Canerbury Hospital Stroke Unit 12th March commenced the following day, and included prescription issued to pharmacy for reduced doseage medication, also dispensed and delivered that same day - Monday 13th March. I have been with this Surgery since my wife and myself moved to Birchington MAY 1969. and have been more than Satified with Medical Attention and communication with both local hospitals and both the Brook and Kings College.
