i had the best experience at the` surgery as I have been a patient for a very long time, I have had the best service this surgery provides, I have managed to obtain my appointments and have been seen by my preferred doctor, and I have found to be very friendly helpful and very informative from start to finish and my doctor always listens to my issues then explains what has to be done and what the best treatment to be given to me so I know what going to happen its clean and if I need to speak to someone always available they are very friendly helpful and in my experience they go a long way to help I recommend surgery for the services they provide are excellent very pleased with the services they have given to me and I am very thankful so I say thank you very much

excellent service, had a resent medical emergency, which has been so well managed continuously with no issues gaining continuous medical needs as prescribed

I asked them on call to schedule an in person appointment for me they didn’t do it and the woman on the call schedule me for some other gp and when i reached there they told me i don’t have any appointment scheduled here. when i clearly told her on call that i don’t want telephonic appointment she booked me wrong even i gave her very clear information. such a unprofessional work make patients go through extra work with no reason and explanation. The girl on the other gp told me it’s not first time they made such mistake it’s there everytime thing.

I had a telephone consultation this morning at 0940am and the doctor couldn't have been more helpful - she sorted me out within minutes - she provided an excellent service. I've had dealings with other Doctors at this practice and they're equally as helpful.

The medical center is really good.They take great care of you with a friendly and professional staff. I'd highly recommend it for good healthcare. Very friendly and welcoming enviroment. The facility was clean, well-organized. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice.

I have been a patient for many years and practice I found to be very helpful in terms of appointment which I can have in short term and recipient very helpful and GP are very helpful in understanding my issue and explaining what the steps to be getting and involved in every aspect of the treatment all staff are excellent very helpful at all times excellent practice i thank all the staff

I am very disappointed with Doctor Esmail , As my son is suffering eczema since 4 year, he need his moisturising cream every month but doctor needs appointment for prescribe a ointment every time we need,by the time appointment comes his cream runs out, so i had to buy aftermarket cream like aveeno but it is absorbed very quick then prescribed one so it irritating his skin more to a point extant infection,had to go emergency hospital for antibiotics and cream,My son didn't attend school last 1 week.Needed 2 cream 1 for school and one for home but doctor advised us to put some in a different tab and give it to school but school doesn't except without full tab and name. I had to go so many time for writing request for cream he said to buy it over the counter. So will change this gp ASAP. Don't recommend anyone to sensitive skin.
