   I have been a patient here for over 30 years and in that time have only had a couple of minor issues, all other care has been brilliant. Recently very helpful and supportive with my son who has additional needs and can struggle in clinical settings but came out feeling very positive about his experience.

   Thank you for your feedback which will be shared with the team. Please also consider if you son struggles in clinical settings you may want to consider booking a double slot, having the extra time might make his experience less stressful.

   I am a new patient and I am so impressed with how the reception staff and Gp have dealt with my request. I was in need of a urgent prescription for pain relief which I take regularly and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my registration was processed as quickly as possible and I had a prescription for what I needed. A call back follow up was arranged with ease especially as I needed to change it. I had emails with communication so I knew what was happening and courteous staff. I have experience of being a practice nurse and I am so relieved and happy to be with a practice that cares. Thankyou
