    Felt very ill. Bad cough and real trouble breathing. Receptionist was really helpful and kind. No appointments at the surgery, if I agreed I could have a locum phone call . I said yes please this was arranged for me. The Doctor rang at the time arranged. She was very thorough and talked me through what she was going to prescribe for me. I am a week after but starting to feel better. People moan about Doctors and Receptionist but they can only do there best. In my opinion they do a very good job with no little thanks. So thankyou

    Unfortunately due to restrictions on naming the nurse who I had my appointment with who was absolutely brilliant.. I attended a well man clinic which included a blood test which was very thorough and very professional, but **** also displayed a very caring nature. I would have absolutely no hesitation in attending any future appointments with **** who was brilliant

    I needed to see the doctor over a painful discharge from an ear and contacted them using the on-line triage earlier this week. I've had a link that takes me to an appointment page and was told that the only appointment was in three weeks time on 12th May. I went to book it but it was gone. I then tried the booking service again and was told that there were no more appointments, try again later. Looks like I'm going to a walk in centre or to a private doctor. The practice's website says that they are taking new patients. Can't understand why they are doing this when they can't look after the ones that they currently have! The
