Everytime I communicate with this practice the admin staff just fob you off. Time and time again I've asked for test results only to be told to refer back to consultants that is impossible to get hold of being I have communication issues of being deaf so I use the app. They have had letters from consultants and no-one follows them up. Noticed on the app it states I have diverticulitis dated 2021 yet no one told me. The app is never updated. I had blood tests on 22nd May for suspected gallstones only results shown on app is blood counts nothing else. Contacted surgery only to be told hasn't been reviewed yet by doctors, so in extreme pain waiting. I have a high pain threshold as always have teeth extraction without relief and endoscopy without sedation so when I am in pain, I am in pain. Just starting to feel like its personal and no-one is hearing what I am saying. I'm now suffering from extreme anxiety as a result. As for wanting results from gastroenterology that I have asked so many times the practice did receive letter from them back in February only to be told they haven't received anything.

Asked for medical help today. Left good explanation using the app. Could have done with answering more questions especially about blood in urine. I've been back and forth with issues regarding my belly button which is ailment very deep inside my belly button as have a very deep belly button. It stings, it's itchy and painful. I have used creams galore only to be prescribed with dermol 500 of which I have already used. Advised not to use soap or cream in belly button. So why bother prescribing me cream as area outside of belly button. It won't work as didn't work before. Just feel totally frustrated with this practice these days as feel like no one is taking on board anything I say.

Had a blood test done today and as always, this was a painless event. This nurse was again, as always very friendly and super efficient. She didn't share any doughnuts though.

Today I visited the surgery for my regular blood test. The haematologist nurse she dispensed excellent kindness and care. Reassuring me that my multiple health issues were in very safe hands. Huge thanks to all the team, we really appreciate your kindnesses whilst you navigate the extreme pressures our National Health Service is experiencing. Vincent Harris.

I have just had my epilepsy review cancelled having waited 7 months?this was really important to me to try and get my independence back and reapply for my driving license I have rebooked for jan 2025 but feel very let down so sad to say

Booking online for an asthma appointment to only be offered a telephone appointment with no specific time to call has meant that I missed both calls. I am a busy working mum and this service does not work. I generally have to leave all appointments for holidays as I cannot facilitate this call back service to speak to any GP during my working day. I would also prefer to go in person.

Fabulous professional lovely friendly nurse who carried out the procedure I was seen on time and as this was the first time for me having my ears de waxed I didn’t know what to expect but had a really relaxing experience

Very clean,plenty of comfortable seating, reception staff were friendly helpful and professional, I saw a nurse who was very polite and put me at ease with her friendly demeanour everything was fully explained to me not rushed I felt totally at ease whilst I was there everything and everyone was good.
