I was referred by 111 to do a blood test, After calling Bellevue, I found today that I am "deducted" from gp because "I didnt use their service for a while". Being so surprised and affronted by the blunt receptionist, I referred to register again and wait for 5 working days! I recommend avoid their services.

It hasn't always been rosy with this centre in the past year or so but in the spirit of not being an eternal lamenter, turnaround time for calls has improved and great service most of the time.

I took my smear test in Bellevue clinic and the nurse is explaining about the reason of test very detail before doing the test.

Pharmacist GP contacted me for review of meds. Advised they would call between 9-12. Phoned me around 11 am. Happy with everything - will therefore review again in 12 months unless there are complications or I have a change of medication via hospital consultation. GP asked varied questions about reactions to drugs and my welfare - was genuinely concerned. Thank you.
